He started his professional activity as a Lawyer and, before founding Enes | Cabral, he worked in several national and international law firms, having developed his activity mainly in the areas of litigation, national and international arbitration, company restructuring and insolvency and labour law.
Furthermore, he was a Consultant at the Office of Legislative Policy and Planning of the Ministry of Justice, Manager of SIMPLEX projects at the Secretariat of State for Justice, and Consultant at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
He is also the author of several scientific publications, of which the study "Decisions of State Courts and Transnational Arbitration" stands out.
He graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Lisbon and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Contract Law, another in Legistics and Legislative Science, as well as a specialisation in EU Competition Law, from King's College London.
