On December 30, 2022, was published the Decree-law no. 90/2022, which extends the validity of the documents related to the stay in national territory.

Continuing the path established by Decree-Law no. 10-A/2020, of March 13, this Decree-law extends, until December 31, 2023, the validity of the documents and visas related to the stay in national territory, wich validity expired after March 14, 2020.
